2. Products, Pricing & Currency
  • Product Description: We specialize in the retail of high-quality pet supplies, specifically focusing on the "Pet Bed Natural" and "Pet crate" categories. All product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible.
  • Pricing: All prices displayed on our store are listed in British Pounds (GBP £). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept only new products. Items must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original VISA or Mastercard within 3 days after the returned product passes our warehouse inspection. There are no restocking fees.
